Accessibility statement

Allegheny County Customs, LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we’ve done

• Built the site to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
• Semantic headings and landmarks, a “skip to content” link and visible keyboard focus.
• Text alternatives for every meaningful photo, describing what the photo shows.
• Color contrast checked for body text, buttons and links.
• Respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Form fields with visible labels and plain-language error messages.
• Phone, email and in-person options for everything the website offers.

Known limitations

The embedded Google Map is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible. The shop’s address and a directions link are always provided as text alongside it.
